Welcome to Los Angeles. This city of hearts is home to the Hyperion Hotel, where Buffy and her scooby gang reside, with tons of slayers, witches, warriors, and of course with the mighty Angel Avengers. Buffy arrived here when Faith went rouge, and she recited a spell to steal Angel's soul...and the frightening fact - it worked. He went to Wolfram and Hart and became the big boss again, this time he's working on bringing back baddies from hell, and he's recruiting live ones too. LA is in even worse shape due to this. But if you decide to come here there is one question to ask: Which side will you join?
Board Information (2 sub-boards) Welcome to The Darkest Hour, which is a BTVS/ATS roleplaying game. Here you may find the rules [not a lot, don't worry], the plots, and announcements, updates, and activity checks. This is where you can get back in the know of the roleplay, and if things get too confusing please private message Buffy, and she will help you out. Members can also post important information on their characters or plot twists here also.
Advertising If you own a website, forum, or roleplay, or anything else that you own, or co-own, you may post a link to it here. But staff will check it out and if it is inappropriate, then you will be deleted. You should expect a link back from our roleplay on your site, this is called 'linking back'. You can also affiliate with us, which means 'banner exchange'. Just follow the provided form.
Member Board (3 sub-boards) This is basicly a general board, where everything that has to do with you members or staff goes. If you want, you can also post in the sub-boards, which include 'Graphics', 'Fun & Games', and more. You should also feel absolutely free to post in just this board, not just the sub-boards. Requesting Board Here you can request graphics, meaning avatars [icons], signatures [banners], skins [headers], or a blend, you may also request houses or apartments here, and even dorms. Just please tell us the title and description of what you want.
Character Application Are you interested in playing a character in our roleplay? You can apply to get your character in the game here, it can be a canon or original character. You can also view the character list, application code and celebrity claim here. If your application has been accepted it will be locked and moved to the biographies section.
Character Biographies These are the accepted applications. They are looked over by a staff member, locked, and moved here. If you are looking for some information on any slayer, witch, vampire, or a character of any species what so ever, you should be looking here. This is like a character resource board, but it's called biographies, so yep.
Character Plotting If you have a character, canon or non-canon, you can plot what is soon to being coming up with them, what is currently going on and what already has happened with them. You can also plot your character's relationships, like love, friendship, family and hate. It is suggested that every character should have one of these.
Front Desk This is the main desk of The Hyperion, where Harmony and Dawn work, taking different shifts. Here you can enter as a slayer, watcher, or witch, and get a room and be able to enjoy the many joys of the Hyperion. The front desk is usually covered with papers and cluttered with messes, there's not a lot of time to clean these things up.
Training Room Slayers and their watchers, or even witches, and other creatures devoted to helping out the forces that are good, aka the powers that be, are allowed to train here. Spike and a few other vampires are allowed to train here, but most of the soulless vampires are used as staking practice.

Guest Rooms (6 sub-boards) Want to stay here, instead of going home? Or do you even have a home......anyway, just request a guest room in the request board, and a staff member will surely make a sub-board for you, if your request is being ignored, please pm Buffy or another staff member and we will make one for you.

Library The library of the Hyperion has almost all of the books in the world. It is a very good selection, and most of them were owned by Rupert Giles, have been donated, or they have been found in the crumble of the old watcher's council.

LA
Cemetary The cemetery is basically the spookiest place in all of LA. Sure you can come here to mourn the dead, but you better do that during the day. Vampires, Demons and other creeps reside here at night, and slayers often come here to patrol, and make the world a better place.
Solar Solar, one of the best clubs in LA, lets anyone in, but it's still a really great club, and course you still need ID to get an alcoholic drink though. It is named 'Solar' because of it's many solar lights shining on their big stage where live bands usually play.
Ruby Cafe A small but popular cafe, the Ruby Cafe is a place to come in the mornings for some coffee or during the day for a quick and delicious lunch, then in the evening, a dinner that may resemble lunch. (This is a cafe, remember.)
Park A little community park for the little kids to play around on the many swingsets, slides, and monkey bars and for adults to go for 'fitness walks.' Then at night, those who hang around are easy prey for vampires and demons--or are those very preditors.
Streets Ah, the streets of LA. They're a fun place to walk, but they're usually crowded with people and stores, it's that which usually takes all of the fun out of the walking. Anyway, you wouldn't want to walk here at night, there's tons of creepos out aty night.

Wolfram & Hart
Wolfram & Hart Wolfram and Hart is the evil law firm that Angelus is the new owner of, where all kinds of baddies including vampires, demons, robots, shapeshifters, and all kinds evil things can reside. Faith also resides here, working with Angelus on a spell to bring back the big bads that both Buffy and him had previously slayed.

Archives Dead and old threads and games go here when they are finished. Also old polls and stuff go here, you may read them but they are locked so no one can add on to them, that's classified as cheating posts, which is not allowed.
